You're welcome Brooksey and that is the kind of attitude many of TB's supporters have.

To help you get the attention of your MP along with them getting a better picture of what has happened, you can find a template letter to print off and send to your MP, asking some very probing questions. This can be found under the Campaign Ideas thread, Template letter dated 21 Oct.

The main thing is to get you and your family the support and help it needs at this horrible time and £20,000 pounds or more is better off in your pocket than the Governments.

As I said earlier, if there is anything we can help you with then please get in touch.

Best wishes

Mark

Thanks for that Mark. I have written to my local MP for support in the pursuit of justice for the victims and their families. I will do as you advise and anything else you may suggest, just to be a pain in the arse for them. I wrote to cameron and the Department for health and will be asking for all the info on her death and the reasons why. If I am to become a pain for them then all the good, I will not alow them to brush it under the carpet, not just for her and my fam, but all the others too.

Hello Brooksey.

Thank you for contacting us at Tainted Blood. I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your Mum.

Sadly there is no compensation and has never has compensation been paid. However what you can do is contact the Skipton Fund www.skiptonfund.org/ speak to them and also ask to register you, your daughter and all the other family members with the Caxton Foundation. You have all suffered a huge loss which was caused by the NHS. This new Foundation is there to be used for those affected and infected.

If you need any more advice please get in touch with us again, you can email directly through the website.

Take care, stay safe but most of all apply for what is rightfully yours and make sure you let your little girl know how much of a wonderful Nan she had.

Mark

hello everyone,  I was chatting to someone the other day about my mother who died last year from this terrible disaster. And they say that I should get compensation for my loss personally. Anyone know of this? I feel robbed of my mother, and sad that my daughter who is only 2.5 will miss out on a wonderful grandmother.
