Bill Objected to for Second Time!

As was widely anticipated, Lord Morris's Contaminated blood Bill has been objected to for the second time in the House of Commons.
The proceedings differed slightly from the first time round, in that Mr Brian Iddon MP, said: 'Beg to Move' when the Bill was announced, followed swiftly by an unseen male calling: 'Object!'
No wonder this country is the laughing stock of the civilised world.
